A cat recently reported missing and covered by Cricklade Chronicle has been found and returned to its owner. The Cat was found hiding under the bed in a disused spare room in Womble Cottage. The owner said that nobody has stayed in the spare room for months and that they believed that the strange noises coming from the room were due to it being haunted.
Luckily for the owner it was only this friendly little creature and the owner is now able to clear away the cobwebs from the abandoned room now that they haunting has been attributed to nothing but a lost cat.
